What a Booking Is
We answer a telephone line and a web form around the clock. A booking with us is a request that we find an independent local plumbing company, from the partner network, which can reach your address and suits the fault. We are the point of introduction, not the tradesperson. Before anyone arrives, we text you the partner company's name and details.
Who Does the Work
An independently owned partner company carries out every job. It is a separate business from ours. Your agreement for the plumbing or heating work is with that company, which makes its own diagnosis, writes its own quote, carries out the repair and answers for it.
Money and Invoices
We do not issue invoices for plumbing or heating work and we do not collect payment for it. The partner company invoices you and takes payment itself, on the terms in the written quote you accepted. If a bill looks wrong, raise it with that company first.
Prices and Timings
The partner company sets the price after seeing the fault, and gives it to you in writing before work starts. We do not promise prices or arrival times by phone or on this site. Price ranges shown on our pages are published London guides for context only and are not offers.
When Something Goes Wrong
Speak to the partner company first, because it did the work and can put it right fastest. If that does not resolve it, ring 07588 689186 and we will chase it on your behalf. We cannot guarantee a result. Your statutory rights as a consumer are never reduced by anything on this page.
The Limit of Our Responsibility
Our responsibility stops at taking your enquiry and arranging the introduction, to the extent the law allows. We are not answerable for the partner company's workmanship, pricing, timekeeping or conduct. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Information on This Website
Our pages give general information about plumbing, the areas we cover and the standards work is built to, such as the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999. How We Use Your Details
To arrange your job we pass your name, phone number, address and a description of the fault to the partner company we match you with. We use your information only to make that match and to follow up if something goes wrong. We do not sell it.

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top shows the latest version, and carrying on using the line or site after a change means you accept it.
